By ordering from Artycor, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Artycor reserves the right to update these terms at anytime without prior notice.


All prices are in Indian Rupees (Rs.).
We will not process your order until we receive full payment for the same.


Once we receive your order, we will take 12-15 days to deliver your order. To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed courier agencies only.

The transit time of 2 days is only an estimate and we are not liable for delays by our shipping partner.
Currently, we ship to all major cities and towns in India.

In case you book multiple orders for products in one transaction, Artycor would endeavour to ship all products together. However, this may not always be possible due to some product characteristics and/or logistics issues. If you purchase multiple products in a single transaction, then all the products would be dispatched to a single shipping address given by you. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, then you should book the orders separately based on the delivery address.

Artycor is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and we only guarantee to hand over the consignment to the courier company within 12-15 working days from the date of the order and payment. Delivery of all orders will be to registered address of the buyer registered while placing the order.

We take utmost care in packing the items. If you get items in a damaged state, please send us the photographs, we will take this up with our courier company.

Shipping charges are additional and are as per actual. Shipping charges is based on the total weight of the products or volumetric weight (which ever is higher) .Shipping charges vary depending on the total weight of the parcel and the place of delivery. This will be added separately after you finish.


Artycor does not allow any refund or warranty of the products ordered on Artycor.in under any circumstances. If you think you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please call us at +91 94072 04470 or email us at support@artycor.in and mentioning your Order I.D. However a replacement of the same product is offered only if the product has reached the User in a damaged condition. Customer has to bear the one way delivery charges. Any damage of product must be informed via email with description, scanned copy of the product delivery receipt and a clear photograph of the damaged product within 24 hours of the product delivery. The mail needs to be sent on support@artycor.in with subject line as "Damaged Product".

Any complaints regarding damages of product received after 24 hours of product delivery will not be entertained under any circumstances.

Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back

Under no circumstances will Artycor be liable for any loss, damage, expense or direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages of any kind arising in connection with the use, or inability to use or installation of the product.



Once an order is submitted, we immediately begin preparing it and cannot make any changes. Please make sure to confirm all order details prior to submitting the order.

We are not responsible for any damage to the products after the delivery hence there will be no refund made against the same.


All products offered on Artycor.in are subject to availability. Artycor has the sole right to add, edit or delete any product displayed on site without any prior intimation or information.


Dimensions of products listed on Artycor.in, are indicative and minor differences are possible. Since all products listed on Artycor.in are handmade, slight variations in size may occur.


The actual colours / finishes of the products listed on Artycor.in may differ from the images displayed online as all these products are handmade and hand painted.


Products made out of Sleeper Wood, Teak Wood definitely differ in shape, colour, texture and finish as these are natural wood available in its unique form. There may be a difference in the product due to this factor. Products which bear handmade may differ in shape, colour, texture and design as these are made by hand by our artists.


No accessories like artificial flowers, brass idols, dolls, terracotta pots etc are provided with the product. Any image displaying the same is for product visualization and is not included with the product. Products which bear handmade terra cotta (clay) figurines, wooden cut-outs like birds and other figurines etc. may differ in shape, colour, texture and design as these are made by hand by our artisans.


  • You must provide a valid email address and any other information requested by Artycor to complete your order.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. We cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
  • You are responsible for all content posted and activity that occurs under your account.


We reserve the right to refuse an order without disclosing a reason.
